January

This post is also available in: Italiano

Right now I’m on vacation in Florida visiting my Aunt Giovanna, and so this blog will also go on vacation this month. The beach in the header picture is part of a state park near Palm Beach. The first days of the new year are always a good time to formulate new plans. Even this blog will refresh for 2012, and I want to ask some questions to my followers. The goal of the blog is to help people, especially those that do not cook, providing recipes that are beautiful, good, and easy to cook at home.

Would you like:

– A section devoted to basic cooking skills, detailed with videos?

– A section for children’s meals?

– Information about pairing wine with food?

– Are the photos of the phases in the recipes sufficient to clarify difficult tasks?

– Do you have trouble finding the recipe’s ingredients?

– What else would you like to find in the blog?

I hope to receive your feedback and be able to satisfy your requests.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Daniela and Colleen

    Buone vacanze e buon anno
    Gianna e famiglia.

    >>sarebbe interessante sapere dove reperire alcuni ingredienti
    >>sarebbe bello l’abbinamento cibo e colori

    Buon anno
