At home this month we find the moment of the the large work in the garden, but also the joy of the flowers ranging from daffodils to tulips. The colors put us in a good mood and bring about the desire to be outdoors. The kitchen is colored with new shades from the deep green of “grumolo” radicchio, the red of the first strawberries, and white and green asparagus. Eggs then add a touch of yellow in many preparations. The dessert par excellence of the month of April is definitely the Sicilian Cassata, a triumph of colors.
