The menu that I propose is very easy and economical and is suitable even for inexperienced people. Overall, apart from the dessert, the menu is light. If you replace the turkey cutlets with the pumpkin or spinach sformato recipes that are already on the blog, the menu becomes suitable for vegetarians.
On the afternoon of Christmas day, while chatting or playing games with your family, you can serve Christmas cookies which can be prepared several days in advance and stored in tins. For dinner I suggest a cream of celery soup that helps to remove any heaviness from the meal.
